Weekly accessibility checks for every client site, reported honestly

CandidAccess checks the pages you choose on each client site every week, shows your whole portfolio in one place, and gives you reports under your agency's name that say exactly what was tested and what was not.

Built for agencies that look after client sites

Your clients are asking about accessibility. Checking every site yourself, every week, is not realistic. CandidAccess gives your team a steady weekly routine across the whole portfolio:

Honest by design

Automated checks catch only some accessibility barriers. Many barriers need a person, and often assistive technology, to find. We say this plainly, in the product and in every report.

Every report includes:

CandidAccess does not certify, score or badge a site. Our results do not show that a site meets WCAG (the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) or any law. They show what automated checks found on the listed pages, so your team knows where to look next.

Reports under your agency’s name

Add your agency name, colour, contact line and logo. You get the same report in HTML and PDF; very large reports are summarized in the PDF. Send them to clients as part of your care plan. Your clients don’t need an account. TBD: whether any CandidAccess mark appears on client reports

A sample report will be available before launch. TBD: sample report

Know when fixed issues come back

When a finding returns after a check showed it was gone, CandidAccess marks it as returned on your dashboard. Weekly summary emails about returned issues are planned. TBD: whether alert emails are live at launch

Careful with your clients’ sites and data

Early access

We are opening CandidAccess to a small group of agencies first. TBD: launch countries and site language

Automated testing detects only some accessibility barriers. Results cover the listed pages and scan conditions, do not establish WCAG or legal compliance, and do not replace manual testing with assistive technology.

Want to try it on your client sites?

We're preparing for launch and opening early access to a small number of agencies.
