- authorization: your agency confirms it is authorized to monitor each site it adds
- acceptable use, including public pages only and respect for robots.txt
- what the service does and doesn’t do: automated checks find only a portion of accessibility barriers, and results don’t establish WCAG or legal compliance or replace manual testing
- plans, billing, currency and taxes TBD: billing provider; EUR and VAT display
